pay his entry fee by the deadline, his team will be
"sold" to the first prospective owner to pay
the fee. $5 of the entry fee will be to cover the cost of
the stat service. $40 will go into the prize pool and be
paid as follows:

Change of Ownership Limits
Should a team owner
change teams for any reason, the new team must have
finished lower in the standings than did the team the
owner is leaving. The Rules Committee may block any team
owner changing teams if the change is not in the best
interest of the league.

Rosters
will have no player limit throughout this
(the RFA signing period) process. Any RFA's remaining on
a team's roster on April 1 will be released to enter the
general free agent pool.

Waivers
Players released by a CFFFL team are said to
be waived. If a team waives a player during the season,
the franchise gets credit for the player's remaining
contract years, minus the current year. A waived player
goes into the free agent pool the first Sunday after
being waived. This contract year will remain
with the waiving team until either the player is acquired
by another team or March 1.

Regular Season
The CFFFL regular
season schedule will last thirteen (13)
weeks. Each team will play the teams in their respective
divisions twice, non-divisional conference teams once,
and three teams from one of the other
conference's divisions based on the previous year's final
standings. The non-conference division played will
alternate each season.

Game
An All-Pro
game shall be played in week 17. The owners of the
conference runners up will pick a team to best represent
their conference. Each team will consist of twelve (12)
players, of which all will start. Each team must have at
least one (1) player and no more than three (3) players
chosen to the team. The positions chosoen will be as
follows:
