2007 got started with a new owner, Kevin Hutchinson of the Austin Cleavers.
It was the first time a team became available since 2003. In July, Scott
Rickard joined the league as the SW Florida Red Tide, becoming the second new
owner in 6 months after 4 years with no turnover.
The CFFFL made a transition from a PC based program (FFLM) to a website based
program (myfantasyleague.com) to manage the league. As with any
transition, there were growing pains, but overall it was a success.
MIS became the first 3-time winner of the Cyber Bowl. If not for a poor
lineup decision by TRC in the Eastern Conference Championship, TRC would have
become the first 3-time winner and would have been the 2nd repeat champion. |
